The only problem I had was after I ordered the mattress there was no feedback on when the mattress would be shipped. After about a week I called customer service which was really helpful. They took the time to find out what was going on between the manufacturing process and the shipping process. After that phone call they were very responsive. The delivery went excellent and now I sleep well on my new comfortable Real Bed mattress!

It was packed well. Unfolded nicely. Bought it because of latex padding which had no odor. It is firm enough to not to have dips but soft enough to be comfortable.
