Proper care is important for keeping your mattress pristine throughout it's life. We recommend using a waterproof, oil proof mattress protector. Moisture from your body and the environment can get trapped in the upholstery of the mattress, causing it to compress over time. A mattress protector guards against this. We also recommend frequent rotation of your mattress, to achieve even wear. To do this, rotate your mattress from head to foot. In the beginning, do it as often as is practical. After, once a quarter will suffice.

Any sheets bought in the past 5 years or should fit Real Bed. If you are concerned your sheets will not fit, consider purchasing "deep pocketed" sheets.

Your mattress will settle in over a period of about 30 days. Remember that your body may take a period of time to adjust to proper support. 

Your Real Bed mattress will take 24 hours to regain its full height after being unpacked. You can sleep on it as soon as you unpack it but the mattress will take a few days to fully recover.

We want you to be comfortable and our no hassle 100 Day Comfort Trial guarantees it. If you are not comfortable on your Real Bed mattress simply contact us within 100 days of delivery for a refund. Any original delivery charges or service charges are non-refundable. The 100 day trial does not apply to Real Bed Toppers purchased without a Real Bed Mattress.

After sleeping on an old mattress, all new mattresses require a period of adjustment. Your body is accustomed to your current sleeping surface and a change will require your body to adapt. Often it takes a week or more to adjust to the new surface to see the positive benefits. Rest assured you will be sleeping better with correct support after the break in period.

Yes we recommend a mattress protector to increase the life of your mattress. It is also required to use one for the 100 day comfort trial.

If your order is delivered damaged you should contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. To exchange a mattress please see our 100 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee (above) as it would apply.

Return items must be unused and in original condition. Any original delivery charges and service charges are not refundable. Additional return fees may apply in remote delivery areas.

Every Real Bed comes with 25 year full replacement coverage against spring breakage and a 10 year pro-rated warranty against other defects including any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the cushioning material to degrade despite normal usage and proper handling and body impressions exceeding 1.5" on an otherwise not worn out mattress. There is no warranty for the Real Bed Topper. If a mattress and topper are purchased together, the warranty applies to the mattress only. The complete warranty can be found here.
